Enerji \u00fcretirken, egzersiz yaparken, nefes al\u0131rken ve hatta ba\u011f\u0131\u015f\u0131kl\u0131k sistemimiz \u00e7al\u0131\u015f\u0131rken ortaya \u00e7\u0131kabilirler.<\/p><p class=\"isSelectedEnd\">Bunlar\u0131 s\u00fcrekli eksik bir par\u00e7as\u0131n\u0131 arayan huzursuz karakterler gibi d\u00fc\u015f\u00fcnebilirsiniz. Kararl\u0131 hale gelebilmek i\u00e7in \u00e7evrelerindeki h\u00fccrelerden elektron almaya \u00e7al\u0131\u015f\u0131rlar. \u0130\u015fte bu s\u00fcre\u00e7te h\u00fccre zarlar\u0131, proteinler ve DNA gibi yap\u0131larda istenmeyen de\u011fi\u015fiklikler meydana gelebilir.<\/p><p class=\"isSelectedEnd\">Ancak serbest radikaller tamamen k\u00f6t\u00fc de\u011fildir. Ba\u011f\u0131\u015f\u0131kl\u0131k sistemimizin enfeksiyonlarla m\u00fccadele etmesine yard\u0131mc\u0131 olabilir ve baz\u0131 h\u00fccresel s\u00fcre\u00e7lerde g\u00f6rev alabilirler. Sorun, \u00fcretimleri ile v\u00fccudun savunma kapasitesi aras\u0131ndaki dengenin bozuldu\u011fu noktada ortaya \u00e7\u0131kar.<\/p><p>Harvard Medical School&#8217;a g\u00f6re ama\u00e7 serbest radikalleri tamamen ortadan kald\u0131rmak de\u011fil, onlar\u0131n do\u011fal s\u0131n\u0131rlar i\u00e7inde kalmas\u0131n\u0131 sa\u011flamakt\u0131r.<\/p><h5>Oksidatif Stres Nas\u0131l Olu\u015fur?<\/h5><p class=\"isSelectedEnd\">Normal \u015fartlarda v\u00fccudumuz serbest radikaller ile antioksidanlar aras\u0131nda hassas bir denge kurar.<\/p><p class=\"isSelectedEnd\">Bu dengeyi bir \u015fehir \u00f6rne\u011fiyle d\u00fc\u015f\u00fcnebiliriz. Serbest radikaller \u015fehirdeki do\u011fal hareketlilik ve trafik gibidir. Antioksidanlar ise d\u00fczeni sa\u011flayan ekiplerdir. Trafik normal seviyedeyken sorun ya\u015fanmaz.
